My day at Gage Park with Erika and Briella is now in my book- ready to be viewed over and over again! The above pages were created and saved as a pdf file. It’s a project I started when Erika became pregnant with Briella. The first journal was the baby shower. This project is very simple- can be done with Micro Soft Word or Works. Printed at home or can be sent to FedEx Kinko’s or somewhere similar. For my pages I use the Lumapix;Fotofusion I referenced in an earlier post.

Create your pages with images you have taken. Write about what you were doing at the time of the image. Save and print your pages. If you are using a different program than Word or Works, be sure to leave a margin of 0.25 inches. Printed pages do not print edge to edge. Creating a margin will assure your full page is printed. After printing let the page dry and insert into clear sheet protectors and put into a three ring binder. A very inexpensive way to preserve your memories. Save your project in a folder and be sure to back up your folder for save keeping.

The Gage Park images are available for download on the family page.
